How quickly can we get same-day photos?+
Half-day: 10 sneak-peek photos within 4 hours. Full-day: 10-15 sneak-peek photos by midnight. Full gallery: 10-14 days for events (faster than weddings since less editing).
Commercial license?+
Yes. AGV event coverage includes commercial license — use the photos on your website, social, press releases, internal comms, anywhere. We retain right to portfolio use unless you request exclusivity.
Travel?+
Travel within Bay Area / LA / SD included up to 60 miles. Out-of-state quoted at-cost. Many corporate clients fly us for off-site retreats.
Multiple photographers for big events?+
Yes — Full-Day default is 1 photographer + 1 cinematographer. Add a second photographer ($600/half-day, $1,200/full-day) for events over 300 attendees or multiple simultaneous spaces.
How early to book?+
Major events (galas, conferences) — 4 to 8 weeks ahead. Holiday parties — 6 weeks ahead (Nov/Dec fills fast). Pop-ups + smaller events often available 7-14 days ahead.
