14 to 18 months out for Saturdays April to October. Off-season Friday + Sunday: 9 to 12 months. Cellar Catacombs reception is available only 6 to 8 weekends per year — book 18+ months ahead.

AGV starts at $8,500 for Photo + Film at Castello tier. Castle weddings are typically 200 to 250 guest, multi-day with welcome dinner — full coverage $10,500 to $13,500 with second shooter + 2nd cinematographer.

May, June, September, October. June + September have the best balance of weather + light. October is gold-vine season — most photogenic. Avoid July to August midday heat.
How does Castello compare to other Napa castle-style venues?+
Castello is the only true medieval-replica castle in Napa. Castle Hawk (Calistoga) is similar but smaller. Most "castle weddings" in Napa are at non-castle venues with castle-feeling architecture.
