Livermore is closer for Bay Area couples (45 min from SF, 30 min from Oakland) and significantly more affordable. Napa has more name recognition + bigger venue selection. Livermore weddings tend to feel more relaxed + family-friendly; Napa more grand-scale destination.
How does Livermore weather compare?+
Livermore is inland — warmer than coastal Bay Area. Summer (June-Aug) regularly hits 90°F. We schedule ceremonies for 4-5pm. Spring (April-May) and fall (Sept-Oct) have the best weather. Most venues have shaded backup options.
