You get 10-20 lightly-edited photos within 48 hours of the wedding. Use them for thank-you notes, social posts, or just to relive the day. This isn't a "we'll try" — it's in the contract.
Two camera bodies on the lead photographer (one on each shoulder). Two on the cinematographer. If a body fails — we've got 60 seconds of downtime, not 8 hours of regret. Plus 4 lenses, 2 flash heads, 16 batteries, 12 SD cards.
SD cards offload to two SSDs at the venue before we drive home. One SSD travels with us, one stays separate. No "card got corrupted" disasters.
Alex shoots most weddings personally. If he's incapacitated (sickness, family emergency), the AGV team has 3 backup photographers + 2 backup cinematographers under contract. We don't cancel weddings. Ever.
Photo gallery: 4-6 weeks. Highlight film: 6-10 weeks. We commit to a delivery date in writing. If we miss by more than 2 weeks — you get 10% credit + a written explanation.
Once per gallery, you get a free re-edit pass. Tell us what's off (color, crop, mood) — we'll fix it. The film gets one re-edit pass too. We want you obsessed with your gallery, not "fine" with it.
